Dashboard transactions are ~$30 higher per transaction than the PRO average site-wide. Over 1.1M users who generated 4.4M sessions on the site generating $60.1M in PRO+ Online Revenue. Averaged 111.6K PRO+ web users/month in 2024.

Redesigning for purpose
See the before and after of PRO+ Dashboard below. The redesign included an overhaul of repetitive navigation and a reorganization of tasks based on extensive user testing. Total, Dashboard went through 6 rounds of testing including user validation, card sorting, interviews, and finally usability before we landed here at this UI.
